Only 11 short days ago I was celebrating 800 Followers and a Change in Focus so I am in a bit of shock to be hitting 1000 followers so quickly after deciding to start posting more regularly. Considering I’d been on STEEM for about 6 months before that it feels like I have got some momentum and am finally figuring this platform out.

As you can imagine I’m pretty happy right now so to celebrate this milestone I’m going to give away one of the Silver STEEM Rounds that I picked up back in October 2017. Only 1500 of these Rounds were minted and I am giving away #16 which is a very low number so this one is pretty special. You will need to have an Australian Postal Address to enter this Giveaway because I’m going to use Australia Post and I don’t particularly want to deal with International Postage logistics or expenses.
I do love my countrymen and women so with Australia Day coming up this is a good time and opportunity to show some thanks to the people from such a great part of the world. I’ve also been a proud member of #TeamAustralia here on STEEM since I started posting so it’s nice to be able to give something back to the Aussies who’ve been supporting me.

The best thing about living is Brisbane is that we have a much less active Drop Bear population compared to the rest of the country. Of the 700 things that are always trying to kill you here, at least Dropbears aren't one of them.

@buggedout, I am from Tasmania originally. Apart from the huge scar I have where they removed my second-head, I am so appreciative of the upbringing I had there. It has the freshest air and most pristine and untouched wilderness in all of Australia. It really is a place of beauty.

I contacted @choogirl on discord the other night and set the ball in motion, voted for the witness and jumped through a few other hoops.
Then discord told me my account had to be verified (whatever that means) and it wouldn't accept the email addy I used to join discord as it had already been used.
The next time I tried to login to discord it told me my password was incorrect, which is strange, I save my passwords in a document before I use them to avoid such problems and it worked twice before.
Who knows, maybe I stuffed it all up.
I might have to try again another time when I'm not so drunk, it was late on Saturday night when I did it.

I live in cockatoo valley, a quiet and scenic part of South Australia about one hours drive north of Adelaide.
In the late 1800s cockatoo valley was found to be rich in gold, there is some wonderful bush walking tracks where old mine shafts and relics still exist. Me and family often enjoy a walk through these parts and even though we’ve been through there dozens of times their always seems to be something new to look at.

Im from Canberra... the city of round abouts and ring roads... located somewhere in the Bermuda triangle resulting in everyone getting lost.
But seriously it is one of the most beautiful cities i have seen in the world. It has this wonderful bushy characteristic... im my opinion its the quint essential Australian city... there are kangaroos just a stones through from parliament, there are enormous nature reserves in the centre of the city, and the lake is just so beautiful! Add on a thriving restaurant, bar and cafe scene and Canberra has everything you would need.
