One of the fun things about stacking silver is some of the many cool designs that are a available. Sure you may pay a bit of a premium over generic items for coins such as this but for me it keeps it fun and interesting.
This piece is from the folks at the Scottsdale mint. It's the 1 oz 2015 Congo Gorilla silver coin and it is badass!
This piece is .999 fine silver and the first in what looks to be a wicked series! There's a different design for 2016 and I just heard last week they're releasing another gorilla coin so it's official.
I don't know if I'm gonna chase these but when I saw this one I had to add it to my order
The reverse features the Congolese coat of arms and it's quite detailed. It has a wood grain texture and I think Scottsdale knocked this one outta the park!
But this isn't your normal neighborhood park..this is the jungle!

The angry gorrilla i call it...love this design and i vested in this series.. think i got 11 or 12 of these. looks great out of the mint packaging but kept mine in omp as i do plan to sell them at some point...deffo keeping one set for me and i'll be getting 5 or 6 of the newist design.
Scottsdale done a great job on these and have got alot more commissions and not seen any milky spots as yet. which a big bonus.
