possibly, they are holding it on to themselves. something is brewing in the horizon due to the dollar losing its value. time to stack up on physical precious metals.

Could it be that the production is NOT really down?
Maybe they just are posting a low production number because they see the manipulated price is so low, they are holding on to it?
I know Google repeatedly posted low numbers while they invested in technology... Microsoft did the same thing.
Look at OPEC - manipulating the production to manipulate the price...
I know if I owned a Gold/Silver mine, I would NOT be posting true numbers
