I Got my new furnace in yesterday. Excited as can be I opened it promptly. Box was looking in great condition so that was a plus for fedex
Time to tear into it with my trusty Pit Bullion knife

After it was all unpackaged I opened it up and this was my reaction

So I hopped on the phone with the quickness
Guy wanted me to pack it up and ship it back. But said he didnt know if they could ship one untill they got the old one back. Said he had to talk to his boss to get the approval. Which was the next day. So I wait....

Next day came around and when I talked to them They said they would have a new one shipped out that day

Well as I know not everything goes according to plan when your making things and shipping them out. So I gave them some slack and will just be happy a new one is coming. I will have a new post about it here in a few days. Thanks for tuning in

Wow that video blew me away! You do a lot more than I thought you did with silver, and you sure do know how to run a business. It is rare to meet another entrepreneur that shares my same sense of honor when it comes to the people that support you. I am super bummed about not having a shot at those Steem hexagons. I found out about you and tagged you in a post exactly a week ago, which is around the time those were available, but wanted to do an update post about the other Steem rounds first. Oh how I wish I would've done your post first and seen about the hexes then, oh well. Please let me know if you come across any, even just 1. And if anything, please let me know if you decide to make another super exclusive steem product like that again, I will rush to give you money for it.

That sucks! If you run into something like that again, you can try asking them if they will "cross-ship" you another one. You'll have to pay for an additional item, but they'll refund that amount when they receive the broken one back. It's not fun to have to pay twice, but at least you get the working item a bit sooner.
