Lately, I've been making an effort to stock up more on Constitutional Silver or 'junk silver' as it's sometimes called. With that effort comes this recent acquisition of Morgan Silver Dollars.
I like the idea of 'junk silver' for a couple of reasons.
- It's relatively easy to find. Coin shops, antique stores, online and can sometimes be FOUND coin roll hunting.
- These coins are often highly collectable. This makes it easier to move if you find yourself needing to do so.
- Lastly, there are some great designs on these old 90% silver coins!
So, when I went to the local coin shop recently I was specifically there to buy junk silver and I ended up with this pair of 1921 Morgans... which I would never call 'junk'!

Thanks @thedamus ! Whenever I look through the 'junk silver' bin I go through everything and look for the best looking coins I can find! They're all the same price, why not find the best looking ones?!?! 😉

I wouldn’t call them junk either... If I had to pick what I consider junk silver, I’d pick .999 Fine Generic Silver Rounds and Bars...

Thanks @silversaver888 - I like both the morgans and the peace dollars but probably lean more toward the peace dollar design. I'm happy to stack either though!
