One of the reasons I got into poured silver was a way to keep stacking interesting. I have collections within collections and like to diversify my stack as much as possible. There are so many coins, rounds and bars that I love and will share with everyone in my future posts. However, this video and post will be targeted to a fun package I received from a friend of ours @theb3ar not too long ago.
Surprise packages/orders are a great way to keep things from becoming boring as we stack on. I sometimes like to hunt out deals online for random generic silver and see what I will get as you can see in one of my recent posts, or I contact one of the many silver casters in our great silver community. If you follow me I will introduce you to many talented people from my stacking journey.
As mentioned previously this particular package came to me from @theb3ar. Now there are many ways to order from people who pour. For example, some have great websites for their business like @pit-bullion or some do it as a love and a hobby, if you will, on the side. In addition, some of the casters will accept silver from you and then charge a fee to make it into different bars of your choosing and charge depending on the hours of labor involved. Finally, some will even deal to keep a portion of the silver for their time and send the rest in pours. This is a great way to turn some of those boring silver buffalo or old Christmas rounds into something awesome. This order included some random newer generic I received for very close to spot, but wanted something different for my hoard. I contacted @theb3ar and asked him to surprise me with whatever pieces he felt like making. Boy was I pleased and surprised for sure. Watch the video below to see what one of the creative minds of our community surprised me with.
First, if you enjoyed this post please give a vote and follow. I plan to be active and share many cool and (hopefully) informative things as I learn this great platform #steemit. Second, if you enjoy poured silver such as the pieces shown in the video please look up #metalsmafia for more great content and casters.
Always a pleasure to pour for you bro. You are my favorite! Thank you✌🏻
