Silver in my pocket. Day 2 #26steemCreated with Sketch.

So yesterday I realised that I hadn't given my coin a name, how very rude of me. After some much deliberation(about 5seconds) I decided to call it Archimedes after one of the characters in one of my favourite Disney films "the sword and the stone". Although my favourite Disney, which is "the fox and the hound" , does have an owl in it, for some reason calling the coin big mamma didn't sound right.

So after work I took Archimedes for a little walk along the old railway line that has now been converted to a cycle path.

And since owls live in trees, I thought why not!!

The railway line was converted to a path just over 10yrs ago. Before that it had been left overgrown and abandoned for some 40yrs, since the death of the coal mining industry here in Wales.

On the way home I called past our local village green and took this.

I'm quite enjoying having this silver coin in my pocket. At first yesterday I was a bit dubious to touch it in case I scratched and marked it, but I'm in this for the long haul and found myself constantly playing with it today.

It's become a good talking point in my work and I've had a few people show some interest in silver stacking. Once I explain, or attempt to give my version of the coming financial crash, you can see the penny drop in people's brains that they just realise they have no way of transferring wealth once the SHTF. So if all else fail, I will have a nicely toned coin by the end and hopefully a few new members to the stacking/truth committee

So are you actually Welsh? You are my 1st Welsh Steemian if so.

Following - not for the Welshness but for the faintly surreal 'me and my coin' photos 😂😉

Yes I am and you're welcome. Lol

Thats well cool having work collegues taking an interest, and it always amazes me when they ask how much you paid for the ounce and the look of shock on thir face because they imagine silver to be far more valuable than it is, well we know what it should be, somewhere between double what it is now and the moon, pick a moon, any moon! Also good to see silver out and about, its stuck underground for eons, then its locked in vaults only the best silver ever gets to see the sun :)

A few people in work were afraid to hold the coin at first in case they damaged it as they thought silver was very expensive. I'm going for 1 of the moon of jupiter as I think it has a long way to climb.

great photos mate it looks perfect in the woods :)

Cheers mate. Sure I'll find myself in a few more interesting places.
