Good morning Steemit.

I don't know why I have to always do the hard work, but here it comes.

I have had some bad experiences on SteemSpeak and I feel like talking about them now, to get it out of my head.

Its not the first time in my life that I have bad experiences with other people, it have happened alot and I guess I deal with it a little different then most people.

Coming from a point of view of morality, good behavior and the non-agression-principal, I write this post.

Ok, here we go:

  • @walden - attack me when I come to the chat, accusing me for lying about my past as a programmer and economist. Calling me a "bullshitter".

  • @mughat - call me a parasite, fore reasons I don't want to repeat and that are fare-out, at least from the Anarco-capitalistic point of view.

  • @fyrstikken - talk about how he have a list of enemies that he ruin the life of, mostly he hire a crew of people to cut of peoples legs. I am sure a group of other steemians heard him say this on the chat, and it was quite disturbing.

  • @whatsup - call me a looser in the connection to my divorce and some days later she ask help in the chat, she need some private files out of a windows installation, I offer to help and we go in private chat. Here I was prepared to help her right away, but she want to meet the next day and we agree on a price (I was willing to help for free, but sure I would take the money). She never got back to me, so in the end it was just a waste of time.

Atleast, @mughat, @fyrstikken and @whatsup, are semi-anonymous, I don't know there real name, I was asking a little about this in the beginning of spending time on SteemSpeak.

The rest I had contact with on SteemSpeak, I did not have any issue and found the place at times cosy. BUT what I experienced was the above bad behaviors and I really think they had no reason to attack me in anyway.

So what now?

I will submit this post to the chat and I will move on, properly not coming back to SteemSpeak in a while :)

Then people can be more careful then me when dealing with these people, so it doesn't happen to others.

This also shows that there are good and bad people everywhere. I really prefare using the blockchain/steemit for communication, as it seams like the blockchain/steemit works as a great people filter.

dude, we get irritated of a lot of people in here because dudes get out of line quite often. Perhaps you shouldn't put a whole room in the hot seat because of a few others... Sure some of the shit is over the top and fucked up but we try to keep it in control as much as possible.

Either way... the steemspeak room is crazy

"Either way... the steemspeak room is crazy" I go with this... I got some information from the room also, I just expected people there (and the ones I mention are central in the channel, dont you agree?), to have a little better behaviors.

I agree but not everyone consistently acts that way... some of us are neutral for this very purpose. Some of us are complete idiots and troll on purpose.

ok, I guess we all have a purpose here in steemit and in the world... I just tell my own experience. Like I am with my full name, its not always easy... there are only one person with my name in Denmark, so please just remember this and respect this.

Steem on!

Lasse

ps: this mean that when ever I interact with people and they google me, they will find steemit and ask themself, "what is steemit?" it seams like I am not rewarded for the effort I am doing...

You have to keep creating until you find the style that fits both you and steemit community. Focus more on the engagement of your audience and use that to determine the success of your post. Keep creating and eventually people will respond. If they are responding and commenting then you are being successful.. only a matter of time before the bigger reward comes

I talk about steemit everywhere I go and I sent information and link to alot of people.... it would be easier if I just got some minimum of reward, so I dont just look like a fool on steemit. Thank you!

If you allow yourself to feel like a fool than you are going to become foolish... as i told you above... when the community comments and responds to your post.. that is a very good indicator of success... sure you haven't been "discovered" by a whale, just yet.. but your heading in the right direction and it's only a matter of time

Unfortunately the internet has these things friend. So I just go in there to play or make a joke, because I see that deeper and more intelligent subjects are not welcome there. Merry Christmas @lassehlers!

Merry Christmas @jsantana and thank you for your positive comment. Its always uplifting to get such a friendly comment by a good person.

I call you a parasite because you live from government subsidies. You told me yourself. I am a capitalist and find taxation a violation of property rights.

And I told you that the real "parasites" in this world are the people getting huge loans from central banks.

I support Anarcho-Capitalism, not the corrupt capitalism that humanity experienced until Satoshi made bitcoin and released it in 2009.

By the way, its a very unbalanced discussion, be course you are anonymous.

I will not go back into that discussion. Good luck with everything, I think you need it, judging from the conversations I had with you.

You can always find someone who is worse I guess. But you are responsible for yourself. Not others.

You guys don't get it, lets just forget tht I was in the steemspeak-room with you. Bye.

Not an argument, bye.

Merry Christmas @lasseehlers - It is an interesting take. :) Everyone has a perspective. Best of luck.
