Fitness training can be divided into four categories: general conditioning (aerobic conditioning), special cooling (anaerobic conditioning), speed training, and strength and power training. Any good Football training program will incorporate all four types of training.

General Endurance

General endurance is established through aerobic exercise. Aerobic conditioning is
low intensity activity that increases heart rate while still allowing the body to meet oxygen demand.
