Posting Error

I'm wondering if anyone knows why this posting error occurs and if there is some way I can bypass it?

This has been happening to me for over a week. Really unfortunate because it leaves me to do HTML work on my phone and edit posts that way. Would love to know if anyone else has this issue and if there's something I can do about it.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    It is something that recently started happening, although it only happened on one day, and Steemit was inaccessible for the better part of a day after it.
