How we got here is not something that we should dwell upon. This does not mean to forget all that went past, simply to move forward from were we are now, while remembering experiences from the past. The people in the server have shown in the past the positive vibe they can generate in a community. This is something any and every community could use.

I have a concept I believe could be beneficial to various communities across the globe. It is the same concept I have put forward in the multiple proposal posts I made for the Steem Alliance. This server the, Steem United is vacant of direction and it will not gain a direction until one is given to it. I would like to start this process. The only thing I have to begin a direction with is my own vision of what could be.

This can be done on any chain. Making use of a new token on the Steem chain seems like a good option.

The proposals I put forward. In essence you might say none of them were about the Steem chain, They were about making use of the Steem chain to accomplish something else. Most everything I say or might say someone will hold an objection to of some kind, This I base on experience of talking with various people. They tried that on so so.and it didn't work. They tried that with this or that and it didn't work. At all times things have been tried before, the resources available now wee not available then.

Every obstacle I have heard from debate has also held a solution. Like all projects out there finance is the biggest obstacle an organisation will face.

What if we could build the finance to do something without taking anything from your pocket. Hey! Look at that. The Steem chain offers a rewarding system we can utilise to grow something like this. It does not cost us a penny. Essentially, we become the bankers behind the finance of the company.

This is were all the complications begin. Who will control it who will hold the keys. In this case initially myself, We do not have the finance right now to pay all the staff a company may make use of. This is something we have to build up to. Let us find agreement on the steps to be taken. A direction to be taken. Defining the goals, ambitions, concept, constitution of the company. These are the things which cannot be changed and all parts of the company must abide by. From legal obligations to activities undertaken in various locations.

One key part to all of this is, every effort should be made to have this new entity a chain entity. A digital entity investing in the physical world industries. This would men any profits from the company are invested to the chain. or become assets of the chain. The company and the financial gain. The value of the company grows with each new asset gained. the person behind the project is removed by the constitution developed at the start of this project. Again here an agreed method of alteration and what can be done to the constitution would also have to be examined. Primary objectives should not have the ability to be altered.

What I have in mind is something which will provide a use for a Chain. The goal of the company is to provide for communities and individuals. These can be both on and off line. To provide the funding for this, industry which is profitable and a return calculable to some degree should be looked at for future forecast of return. The profitable industry we grow can provide for projects we do not expect to give a return directly. Supporting a Coffee chain may not provide a return for service. It would expand the usage of the token though.

Integrated support of various companies working together for the success of the Chain entity can help us all. The big thing seems to be right now to create a common level of income, a universal basic income. In test performed it has shown that people will make an effort to better the position they have, Learning new skills. doing more positive things like exercising. On looking further the possibility of decreased decease to the general population. A reduction in crime. People having a higher standard of life.

This works great on a small scale in a locality that gains the external support needed. To do the same thing on a bigger scale carries a much greater cost. When each of us have the price to cover the cost's of living, the same costs increase at a higher rate reducing the average person's ability to survive to the same standard. This hold an inherent problem I think, If everyone has x amount. The price will naturally increase to X plus amount.

Reducing the cost of living would mean that for the same amount of finance you have this year, You could do more with it next year. reducing the cost to living bring those who are just below that level sustainability, then enter a greater equality of living and this has no additional cost.

An industry own by a chain entity. can provide for all of these things. It can provide future support for it's own survival and an ability to increase the viable structure it works within. The limitations and success of a project like this is limited merely by the imagination we give to it.

The agreement on how to grow it to a level of self sustainability has to be reached. There are many things which need to be addressed in more detail. That is were a community of minds is needed. We do not have the finance to reward any of us. Positions within this company are going to have to be held. What we want to avoid is the large payment to an individual for something the company would have achieved anyway. It is not a company to create millionaires from those who work within it. A decent wage can be paid to those who take up position with time.

An agreed level of remuneration can be worked out too for any capital investment, investment through delegation or other method. any investment for return slows the growth of the project too some degree. 100% reinvestment from any asset or income increase should be used to begin the project.

This again is nothing new, It is the same way corporates work in the physical world. The accumulation of assets and financial remuneration.

The success of the Crypto economy in general is based on its acceptance by both a public and a government. One were this can be done with agreement in many countries nations continents. We have all spoke about what should could be and if they only would do this that that could happen, We have the choice now to make the change we want to see happen. It is by coming together to accomplish an objective we can make these changes happen. We can build the support that will be needed to make the changes we want to see.

I put this forward as a beginning point to a direction a community of people might take in a course of action united for a common purpose.

This is an outline of the project I propose, There are many details not in the post. The majority of those details are details I think are best agreed on by consultation with a range of people. I have idea's now of my own, Others may hold better options.
