How Steemit helped financially steemwaragainstpoverty

I have had a huge urge to join steemit for a while, even though I joined recently I waited countless hours and days to get my password sent to me. I got to know about Steemit from people I work with, I actually serving (NYSC) so it's a bit of hustle this hustle that.
So I noticed that the only thing this guys speak about is steemit, the spoke about the way you help people's life, interact and also earn money from it. I didn't believe it, I thought it was a scam till they told me you won't invest anytime aside time. And I watched has they got money from it. With the pain of MMM still fresh and not wanting to be duped again or my time wasted I went online to read about it and I was able to read about people's testimonials about how they got a bit of financial freedom in this recession time.
There is a woman that sells snacks for us at the office and the woman is also on steemit, she comes to the office and we buy snacks and drinks from her, collectively we spend about 2000 naira or there about. So last month our salary was delayed (we still haven't gotten it) so my guys started paying the woman in SBDs. I don't know how they do it but they just do some stuffs on their phones and the woman drops the snacks and we are both happy. So being broke for a while now these guys have been my source of livelihood (atleast for lunch).

A big thank you to my big guys @tolustx @sistem for their efforts in helping me through so far, to @onyemacourage for this challenge
