Tonggeret or Dendenkhung part 2

As has been stated in previous posts that this Dendenkhung is known as a Tonggeret, in general people say as singing insects or some people call vampires as trees.

This Dendenkhung is classified into insects such as beetles, it is a type of insects that live in the forest or the population is often seen in places with lots of trees and cool air, but when entering the summer it is always seen in urban areas or around people's homes. In general the Tonggeret always sing in the morning before noon. If you are often adventuring in the wilderness or climbing, of course you will listen to his voice like loud music, especially among each other replied. Every animal on this earth certainly has a different sex or commonly known as male and female. But we humans naturally want to get to know him better, so distinguishing men and women is very easy by detecting his voice. If Tonggeret always makes a loud noise like someone singing, he is male while the female is very rare or even very minimal in making sounds or singing.

Some experts say that to distinguish the male and female by looking at the body or can also see the tip of his anus, of course there are differences between the male and the female.

In one of the references that have been made observations of this Dendenkhung, it turns out there is a age of 17 years. This is confirmed in one of the discoveries made by experts by marking them with threads on their wings about 17 years ago.
