Some weeks ago I started using the trial version of the application that I like the most of all those that exist in the ecosystem of Steem's blockchain.

Steepshot - The Instagram Killer!

First of all I will tell you a little about what I have seen so far in the application.

When you open the app the first screen that comes out is the Home, what would be your feed in Steepshot. In the image below, notice in the lower part where there are four icons and the icon that has the symbol of the House is highlighted in orange.

The second icon takes you to the "Hot", "New", and "Top" feeds. These feeds can be changed the format of how they would look, in the first image the feed "Hot" is in grid format.

And the "New" feed is in "Full Screen" format, you can change it in the orange icon of the two rectangles that is next to "Top".

The third icon in the lower part, the one with the shape of a camera, takes you to the camera or to the image gallery. You can choose if you want to publish a photo that you are going to make or a photo already taken and edited previously.

After taking the photo or choosing one of the ones that you already have in your image library, you will arrive to this screen where you can review and also rotate the image.

And from there you go to the screen where you can write the title of your publication, the extra text and the TAGs that you are going to use. Very similar to Instagram or any other application to share photos.

As soon as you post the photo, the application automatically takes you to your profile.

By the way, you can see your profile also in "grid" mode as it is in the image or in "full screen" mode. That is changed in the upper icon in orange next to "My Profile". You see how it changes when we change the way we see the profile.

The gear icon leads to a window where you can manage the account and has information about the application, community guides, service terms, and so on.

Well, this is in terms of what there is in the application itself until now. And from here I start with the honest review.

What do I like about the application?

---

• All! For now it does not have anything that I think is there without any use or just for nothing.

What I do not like or what is missing from the application?

---

• That the Home screen can only be seen in "full screen" format and do not let me choose the "grid" as in the other screens.
• That does not let regulate the Voting Power and all is always voted at 100%. (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Notifications. (spoiler - will arrive soon)
• Some color effects for photos? For example, those who are native to the camera in IOS. I do not know how complicated that is to implement.

Do I use the application regularly since I installed it?

More or less, I use it to publish but I only vote one or two publications and I close the application again until the next time I want to publish something. The problem is that you can not regulate the voting power ... while I can not do that, I will not be able to use it regularly even if I want to ... and I do want to use it regularly, believe me: D

Summary of the review

The great missing point of the application in general, according to my point of view, is the lack of being able to regulate the Voting Power when it comes to voting for a publication. I do not know how hard it is to implement but it is very necessary because of the way the Steem blockchain works. I hope it's easy.

Anyway I'm going to keep using the application, it's the best way to help the developers, who deserve great congratulations for the incredible work they have done so far.
