I'm walking solo not alone

I awakened to a rising sun
I showered I ate and the day begun
Said a preyer with my son that are Angeles stay close
In the world which we live that's what matters most
Sent him off on the school bus and walked to mine
Left two hours early to get to work on time
Made it twenty minutes early in the cold I wait
You would think I was on drugs by the way I shaked
Ready set go another twelve hour shift
Now here this client go giving all that ish
Half way through and it's time for a break
Got to call the sitter so she won't be late
Finished with my shift and can't wait to get home
Now I got this shady bill collector calling my phone
"You get paid when I get paid" then I give him the tone.
I get home to a family member asking for a lone
Tell him who is hiring and send him out the door
Prey to God he get a job so he won't have to ask no more
Play a game with my son and ask about his day
Read a bible story ran his bath then prey
He was fast asleep when I crept outside
Put my chair by the garage and lit my blunt to get high
Took a shower had a snack and went to bed
Another day another dollar going through my head.
