Steem needs Two Factor Authentication

It's pretty fun here on #Steem, OK all that people who just copy & past or don't give credit if they post a pic from someone else are annoying.

I know, you need a really long strong password to sign in and all that encryption and blockchain stuff makes this site by default a lot more secure than other decentralized websites.

But not having a working Two Factor Authentication on a site were you earn and use money is for me just a security issue.

So I hope it will be added sometimes soon. And I hope that there is a support for the Google Authenticator.

Indeed - it's a standard protocol too that Google, Lastpass, Microsoft and others use. Especially for some, their Steemit account could be more valuable than anything else.

That said, the blockchain authentication is pretty damn cool.
