Eight years ago William Campbell dropped his son off to his mother's house, William's ex-wife Karla in El Paso Texas. William and Steven spent a month on vacation in New Mexico as the shared custody agreement gives him. When he went to see Steven the next day at his mother's, the house was empty. Not a stick of furniture left. A neighbor confirmed William's worst nightmare, Karla took Steven to Mexico. William was able to locate Karla and their son in Juarez Mexico with the help of an investigator. There was a warrant issued for her arrest for International Parent Kidnapping in 2012.
Unfortunately, by the time the Mexican authorities found out, Karla had fled once again and this time she left no trace at all. It's as if they had dropped off of the earth. William has been waiting for his son to come home for eight years. He will continue to wait. The poster below has pictures of Steven before he was abducted by his mother and one age enhanced picture to give us an idea of what he would look like now. I know we can reunite Steven and William. We have united two other kids and their families. I know we as a human being are capable of caring enough to return this beautiful child with his father.
