The quantum field and how we can live it

New to the community today,writer therapist and songwriter-this place seems to have everything we need to contribute and make a better world.Just the same as there is a blockchain we also live in another decentralized world, the quantum world.This is a quantum field that is in the room where you are now,inside of you and also on the other side of the planet.That is how people who practice energy healing such as Reiki manage to connect with one another from one side of the planet to the other.With intention they can heal or send love or give a virtual hug!
Each time I post I will be giving an idea on how to connect to this field and be able to control and make your own destiny what you want it to be.So to get things rolling,we must recognize the power of consciousness, and any area in our lives we wish to improve we need to introduce this.Imagine you wish to feel less angry about your circumstances in life,which many people feel.You need to bring consciosness to this, which you can do by being aware every time this emotion comes up, so be attentive ,then be aware and simply observe it.This will change the energy of it, and release it.Each time it reappears do the same procedure.This will change your life so much for the better-its a law of the universe that the Shamans and mystics have always known.It works for everyone !
