Can you help shed some light on the financials on it though please as i do not understand how they have had no revenue in last 5 years ?
The balance sheets looks good on the face of it though with cash of 70+million less the debt still leaves 60+million less current market cap 42 million = it looks like you got it at a discount alright not counting the Intangibles either.
its just the question of revenue ..

It's true that they have not been producing, but in addition to having about 16 cents/share in cash they are full owners of 87,500 acres of prime potash territory in Saskatchewan.
Last year they had private placements to raise 80 million @ .3358/share (price currently .135)
With reports of the 9 year slump in potash prices ending I felt comfortable buying a monthly mortgage payment of the company in hopes of a buyout offer. But, still, they are working towards mining the potash themselves, the project takes time though.
