Hi,

I just saw this video and thought it could be interesting for others as well. Basically it's a book review of How to Be a Stoic by Massimo Pigliucci. The 12 exercises are useful and realistic. The are important life lessions that you are not learning in school. Everybody should learn about empathy and emotional inteligence which we can then use to understand people around ourselves and have better relationship with them, but also to be patient with ourselves and treat ourselves with the same empathy as we do with others.
