Seems like my body is back on track...

Now it is more than 2 weeks since I had my last drink, and more than one week since I had my last cigarette.
It sounds as a difficult task since this has been my friends since I was 16 years old, but to be honest with you - it has been easier than I thought it would be.

If I would give you an advice if you are thinking about the same, do not wait until a certain day before you change your life style - or make a long term plan for it. Just listen to your body, and say to yourself - this is the first day in my new life and lets do something funny.

Most of the people who are struggling with their addictions get obsessed with it the day they make a plan to stop, and their thoughts will surround their addictions in whatever they do. I have tried it before, so everything I did was just feeding my thoughts about it. Therefore, it is easier to say - today I am going to be a healthy man, and continuing moving forward with healthy things instead of thinking...Today I will do this and this to avoid smoking or drinking. That will just make you aware of your bad habits, and make you want them even more.

Good luck!

Well habits are indeed pretty hard to get loose from but it sure is worth it !

While hope you have a safe health buddy ! Stay more away from them as much as possible !

they are my friend, but as you say commitments are not difficult to keep as loong as you are dedicated - sure, staying away is the easiest part :o)
