Alcohol and drugs are really dangerous. I once had a office colleague who puked at work after consuming alcohol. He was immediately thrown out of work and was fired. Unfortunately he has two kids and is still looking for a job after this incident for the past one year.

    This is a sad news, really. He ought to have respected the organization's ethics. Excessive intake of alcohol is not a good thing.
