I was about 35 when I learned that when someone asks you "How are you?", you can just answer "I enjoy life".

This expression I heard for the first time here in Israel.

Not work, not trying to lose weight, I'm not a family problem, not solve anything, and my spirituality within us. I just enjoy life!
