This time try to make brownis pudding for snack .. the texture is somewhat denser than the ordinary agar2 .. very nice and very fittingly served to relax friends :) :)
Pudding brownis
Material :
2 packs for plain
4 pieces of fresh bread
1 egg yolks
100gr sugar
1liter UHT milk chocolate flavor
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
How to make :
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Cook over low heat until bursting out (surely to keep stirring until the process is done so that chocolate does not burn)
- Turn off the fire .. stirring constantly until steam heat is reduced
- Print in baking sheet
- Store in refrigerator
