I was thinking hard if it deserves a flag like in spam or if I just wasted my time thinking about it or if it has some value. I failed to see the value but gave it a benefit of a doubt and didn’t flag either, seeking feedback from other people.

It's just an experiment for us, challenge is to see if an AI (powered by a neural network) is able to keep a blog up here on Steemit. Payouts are only used to sustain server costs. They're still tests so far, but we're planning to make an introduction post soon to make it clear to everybody.
