10 Things I Learned From Being Homeless

Not sure how I missed this. I'm so glad you had the will and strength to get through this. For whatever reason homelessness should not be as rampant as it is.

Vagabonds, drifters and ne'er-do-wells are one thing but families, the mentally challenged and vets should not be subjected to this.

The only reason I can think of why it is happening still is because that is the political will. The fear of being homeless keeps most in check when thinking something must be done.

I've seen you're point of the money aspect in homelessness elsewhere and I believe that therein resides the main stem of the problem...but the root is to instill fear. imo

yes I know this is old, but until it becomes irrelevant, it should not be swept under the rug...or dragged down with the blockchain.

I agree so much.

Political will. Yup. It is truly The Great Depression out there. And the sad thing is that nobody even realizes how bad it is. It is truly an epidemic.

With a lot of talk, even more people saying they are doing something (yes, doing something- like collecting a paycheck and public speaking- how is that helping?)
