Its nice to see someone with seemingly a more moderate take on technology. You obviously don't hate it since your a crypto-enthusiast. I know within myself that I am addicted to it and must remind myself to be more present and disconnect from technology. It is nice seeing you find the time to write a wonderful poem. I enjoyed reading it because you are so right. We are fixated to the computer or phone screen and don't take the time to be present. My excuse is that my daughter wants me to stay alert and healthy. So I am working on my neuroplasticity by doing research and writing articles I love to do. I guess I love to teach others about things we don't know about. So I am very guilty but I can tell you the truth....I feel so much happier and alive now than when I was working long hours to support my family.
