A boy needed $126,000 for cancer treatment. This athlete sold his Olympic medal to help

  Winning an Olympic medal is for the athlete to meet life's dreams. Of course, this is the most precious gold. He did everything in his power to get it. Unfortunately this time did not succeed. However, fate gave him a chance to increase the value of his "silver".

Shortly after the competition Goshia wrote to him, his mother a little Olek, asking for help in saving her son. Olek almost two years, more than half of his life, battling with cancer of the eye. Retinoblastoma is a malignant tumor of the eye, which occurs only in children under 5 years of age, especially if choosing weakest. In Poland there is no chance of saving the mesh Olek. The only chance is therapy in New York.

So, he decided to help Olek and convey medal in Rio for auction. All auctioned amount will be spent on treatment Olek.
