The Sabbath is not only "everlasting Covenant" between God and His people, but the phenomenon is universal, it is the key to a better world. Including children of other people, joined to God, because everyone who observes the Sabbath and keeps Covenant "I give them to My sacred mountain and I will please them in My house of prayer... for My house shall be a house of prayer shall be called for all peoples." This universal aspect makes the Sabbath a measure of the cultural heritage of all peoples, regardless of whether they realize it or not
Challah is eaten on Shabbat. Originally, the word "challah" means the piece of dough, which pinch off at the bakery for sacrifice in the Temple. The priests of the Temple were baked challah and ate it, only they had that right. Now, since the Temple was destroyed and the priests are gone, the piece of dough, tsimihety in bakery products, burn.

The End Of The Sabbath
At the end of Saturday to the evening meal over a Cup of wine, pronounce a special prayer of Havdalah. The word "Havdalah" literally translated from Hebrew means "separation" or "separation". Such value and bears a short, but beautiful for its rites and symbolism of the service end of Shabbat. Exactly and Havdalah separates Shabbat from the other days, separating the Holy from the everyday.
According to the ancient tradition of Havdalah starts at the moment when the darkness and become visible at least three stars. With the onset of such darkness the candle is lit Havdalah. This special candle, braided with multiple wicks. A candle burns bright like a torch, illuminating the entire room. The Havdalah candle reminds us that on the first day of the week, which begins now, God created light. Along with the light was created and darkness.
