I thought that line was referencing the paper used to roll joints. Industrial hemp paper all ready has some following for specialty stationery paper. But I agree, there are many medical and health benefits of cannabis products whether THC containing or not. The states that have legal marijuana sales are making a killing from the taxes imposed.

Yep, meanwhile, Oklahoma just robbed it's voters of the chance to put it on the ballot, most likely, on a technicality. Our AG is firmly anti-he sued Colorado last year. But, we had prohibition until some time in the 50s I think.
