Thanks for sharing your experience. It definitely resonates with me. I've been trying for years--off and on--to have an out of body experience that I am conscious during, and can remember. I've had all the precursors of an OBE, but can't quite release from the physical. It's a work in progress. Like anything, it takes practice.
