Hi lovelies, I have to share this with you because what I saw yesterday was amazing!
Sit tight and listen to my story....
So like you all know, am African; Nigerian🇳🇬 to be precise. I was born and raised in Nigeria. Here, our climate is that of the tropical hot climate, we have two seasons
1.Rainy Season
2.Dry Season
That's all am used to and that is all I know.
Growing up as a child, I read lots of books about America 🇺🇸 and our Colonial master Great Britain. 🇬🇧
I am always fascinated by how the seasons affect the climate of these places.
- Spring
- Summer
- Fall
- Winter
How beautiful the plants sprouts in Spring and they fall in Autumn. I also learned about how the sun makes everything beautiful in summer and how people go to the beach to cool off...
And of course Winter; the snow, the cold, clothes and the coats and how people stay warm.
Well, i feel drawn because I have never experienced such low temperatures before!
Back to my story!...
Yesterday was beautiful even though I woke up hungry and I had breakfast before practice which was cool.
I planned to go out but, I had to wait for my mom to get back from the market. She finally got back but delayed my movement
(you know Nigerian Mothers with house chores)
Finally, I was free to go and that was when the rain started and my mom said "dear, wait for the rain to stop" and I told her it was getting late and I had to go!
I left the house hurriedly with an umbrella ☔ and my handbag 👜 because, the rain was getting too heavy.
