When teaching staffs are deployed more, their focus would turn from quality teaching to teach as for full-filling duties. Happy educators is when they have plenty of time to prepare and relaxing, non-stressful teaching period. This is so that the method of deliverance of the subject is so effective that the content reaches the students.
