Damilola: Our Loved Boy – A tale of murder turned into a powerful BBC drama

Damilola Taylor, conceived in Lagos, Nigeria to Richard and Gloria Taylor (died 8 April 2008) was a 10-year old Peckham schoolboy stabbed on his is way home from the Peckham library in England on 27th of November 2000. 

The demise of Damilola raised a lot of media attention and ended up plainly a standout amongst the most prominent killings in England. The thought of an innocent boy left bleeding all alone on a stairwell is a touching and desolate picture hard to overlook.
