Hello all ๐ค So I've been doin the paleo diet for about 4 months now and so far it works for me . Im down 30# and have been holding for a month. I have been slipping recently though, lots of cheatin goin on... so I decided to regroup and refocus to get back to losing. So last night sat down and pIanned lunches I can eat and got myself a new lunch pail and portioning containers ๐๐ the plan is to share 4 work weeks worth of my paleo lunches. This will not only keep me focused but will hopefully give ideas to and inspire some of you as well ๐
Today
Protein: 4 turkey rolls
Veggies: baby carrots and sliced cucumbers
Fruit: about 1/2 cup of grapes
Fat: mayo in turkey rolls
Spice: spicey mustard in turkey roll
Drink: plain black tea
I don't know much about the paleo diet. But what I've heard seems a little too meat heavy to me. This looks not too meat heavy, and healthy. I like the fruit and veg - maybe I should look at paleo, I just had heard it's not all that healty for you. Also... I'm hungry.
