It really is not that hard to cut all your strawberries lengthwise instead of across.
not ugly but i don't think strawberry on chocolate is enough of a color contrast. I would have dusted the outside of the chocolate
to coconut flakes (or powdered sugar) and then put the strawberry on that so the vital strawberry redness was more striking.
