Google through Area 120 will release the new Fundo application which will allow people to organize internet meetings and conferences as well as workshops with fans. The platform was created for YouTubers and other influencers to host paid online events.

Launching from Engadget, this will give hosts complete control over some of the costs of attending an event, or offer free tickets if they wish. The software takes care of most of the logistics (including tickets and live streams).

So that with this application, they can invite their fans to make the same video call without additional applications. One of the security features is that only those who have purchased a ticket to meet up can attend.

As a casual user, you also don't need to download any other app outside of Fundo to take part in an experience. You can find Fundo events either via the people-shared link or the app homepage.

Area 120 also says that in addition to YouTubers, writers, fitness instructors, and lifestyle consultants can use the App. At the moment the Fundo application is only available in the US and Canada.
