Students take the final school exams April, 9 2018

The whole of Indonesia today Monday April 9th, 2018 is the first day of the semester final exam for junior high school in 2018 this year. This school exam determines students' graduation to continue to senior high school. Special high school level is the first day of the national exam (computer-based exam).

So far, the determination of the national exam passing limit is determined by agreement between the decision maker only. The graduation limit is the same for each subject. Though the characteristics of subjects and the ability of learners is not the same. It is not a consideration for educational decision makers. Not necessarily in a certain level of education, each subject has the same standards as the minimum standards of achievement of competence. There are subjects that demand the achievement of a high minimum competence, while other subjects determine not that high. This situation becomes unfair to learners, because they are required to exceed their maximum capacity capability.
