WhatUni 2020 put the university in the Top 25 for Job Prospects in the United Kingdom. The National Student Survey 2019 put the university in the Top 10 for Student Satisfaction in the United Kingdom. Totally Money 2019 placed the university first for the lowest cost of living for students in the United Kingdom. The Guardian University League Table 2020 put the university in the Top 10 for Teaching Satisfaction in the United Kingdom. The university was listed in the top ten universities in the country.

History
Bangor University
was founded in 1884 in Bangor, Wales. The university, which is located in the north-west of London, is home to approximately 2,500 students from over 100 different nations. The university is one of the country's oldest educational institutions.
Bangor University has been dedicated to academic achievement for almost 135 years. They are one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the United Kingdom, providing degrees. Because of its unique location on the coast, the university is a good place to study Ocean Science.
However, the university has grown in popularity as a result of its other disciplines, including Electronic Engineering, Sports Science, and Accounting and Finance. International students can take use of free English education and support at the university, which include classes in English vocabulary and grammar as well as business English.

Student Life
Bangor is a low-cost educational centre nestled between the sea and the mountains. Students have a variety of recreation alternatives because to the vibrant nightlife and diverse culture. The institution boasts its own nightclub, "Academi," as well as two residential bars, Barlows and Bar Uno, where students can dine, drink, and hang out, as well as the Pontio Arts and Innovation Centre, an art and entertainment facility.
Students who enjoy the outdoors will appreciate the university's perfect location, which allows them to participate in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking. Living Accommodations of Bangor University
3,000 rooms are available for students at Bangor University, which is split into two campuses. All of the residence halls are self-catered, and all students living in Bangor University residence halls have access to a free gym membership. In their first year at Bangor University, all students are guaranteed university housing.
Transportation
The city centre and student accommodation are both easily accessible by foot from most university facilities. Students may use the city's bus system. Trains from Manchester, London, Cardiff, and Crewe are all available.
From the M6 to the M56, a route connects Bangor and the north Wales coast. From Holyhead, students can board a ferry to Ireland. Bangor is only two hours from Liverpool and Manchester airports by train. If students want to travel to Cardiff on a weekday, they can fly into Anglesey Airport.
