i smoke to change my thoughts n physiology works wonders year round except party mood slows down to a stop in fall not really smoking so much these days but when boredom sets in after doing the same thing its like i need air and i know its not for everyone that's okay, i have experienced a few friends weird out a kinda overdose symptoms, different strains have different effects one is cerebral sativa might be this you tried and the other type effects the body indica my favorite.
i cant eat it either tho now that has caused me paranoia a sorta claustrophobia effect breathing... don't do in any case like alcohol you have to build up tolerance slowly days months just like you shouldn't down a quart of hard liquor just cause its easy to swallow eh your body might have a different opinion... don't that #stuff again until at least around new years :)))
