first of all those two need an anarplectic lesson on the individual and the state and how to respond in certain situations. SECOND : they're supposed to be smart , they go their separate ways after the meeting so if either has along the way come into contact with any of the virus (on a metal surface , whatever the fuck, some homeless coughing dude, some non homeless coughing dude you get another trail), they dont really have an excuse , and the response was STUPID but i think some alchohol and the fact that 150 students were watching via webcam has a lot to do with that ... (we ALL know its a police state here , shouting it at cops on a live stream where you know you'll be on the news ... while violating actual quarantine rules during a pandemic ... is , at best ... stupid )

Cops dont care for parking tickets either. There's a whole separate branch just for that and they're not officially cops (its BIG business in an overcrowded dump like belgium, i think the money goes straight to teh town or city who owns the parking-watchers) so those arent counted on the number of cops per square meter.
