How Conscious Mind And Subconscious Mind Work

in subconscious •  7 years ago

Our brains have two complementary functions, namely the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is a function of the brain with regard to analysis, abstraction, and conclusions. Meanwhile, the subconscious mind assumes data collection and storage functions of the analysis of the conscious mind.

To be more clear, we analogy the workings of the conscious and subconscious mind with cuisine.

When we want to cook food, we take the needed ingredients from the refrigerator. Meanwhile, when we process the ingredients into food, or in other words when we cook it, we do it in the kitchen.

Well, the workings of the subconscious mind are similar to how the refrigerator works, while the workings of the conscious mind resemble the way the kitchen works. If the refrigerator stores the ingredients necessary to make the food, the subconscious mind stores the raw data or information captured by the five senses. If the kitchen is the place to process food, the conscious mind processes the raw data, either obtained directly from the senses or stored by the subconscious mind.

The comparison of the two parts of the mind is somewhat confusing to grasp. The explanation you give is that the quotient of the mind takes the information stored and orders it so that the subconscious can take action?

La comparación de las dos partes de la mente es algo confusa de entender. La explicación que da es que el cociente de la mente toma la información almacenada y la ordena para que el subconsciente ¿pueda tomar medidas?
