Get up and get it done! How to get ahead in life and leave the rest behind! ( do this.. really!)

So i've always been a morning person. But lately ( i think because it's summer), I've been waking up really early. somewhere between 05:00 and 05:30.

This means i go to bed a little bit earlier then normal ( 22:00/22:30) because i need a solid 6 to 6.30 hours of sleep.

But getting up at 5:00 means i have 3.5 hours before i have to get to work.

                **Did you know your mind is most productive in the morning?**

In those 3.5 hours i take half an hour to get ready. Eat, shower, get dressed, etc.

the other 3 hours i hustle! I hustle while everybody else is asleep or just waking up and sitting sleepy behind their croissants.

I write.
I read.
I do a short work out
I make a to do list for the rest of the day. Not what i actually need to do. But what i Want to do that gets me ahead in life and being smarter and better than i was yesterday! I usually write down one or two things that i want to do that i wouldnt do otherwise!

Heck, i do more in those 3 hours then most people do in a day! Even a week(for some people more than a year...) if you count the time spending on getting forward in life!

Everything i do in those 3 hours are purely driven on being a better version of me. Getting ahead in life. Learning. Getting healthier etc.

          Did you know Mike Tyson woke up everymorning to run? He did this because he knew NOBODY else was doing this so he had a physical and mental advantage

Im not getting any texts at 5.00. Nobody is posting on facebook. So you have much less distractions!

Thrust me. If you want to get ahead in life, wake up early and get shit done! It doesnt matter what it is! Just practice and learn about what You care about!

If you are not a morning person. Try setting your alarm earlier every day. Lets say around 10 minutes. As soon as you wake up. The first thing you do is get a cup of coffee and go sit outside!

 Did you know  that the light in the morning has alot of blue light? this is the light that wakes you up and gets you started!

Sitting outside will get your body used to waking up earlier.

The best thing i do is get outside and jogg for around 5-10 minutes. Just a small run around the block. Nothing gets you going more than that! Sun and excercise.

Thrust me. Do this ONCE! get up early and jogg. Start slow and build up to faster speeds at the last 200-400 meters. Get a good puff, and you will have more energy that day then you have felt in years

This gives me 5 times more energy than coffee! (im not lying. im hyped after that!)

So. When i have finished all of this. I go through the rest of the day. working. Relaxing doing everything EVERYBODY else is doing.

But..

Keeping in mind that i have gained, and gaining every single day on the people who are slacking and just coasting through life! ;)
