How to Overcome the Anguishes at Work.

in success •  7 years ago  (edited)

Even before starting work, many are anguished by the enormous amount of tasks they have to face.

The bad thing is that it is repeated day after day.

It's the kind of stress that annihilates us. It is the stress that makes you sick and weak.

That way you can not be happy. If you do not enjoy working hours, there is something that is not working well.

However, we can see people who live happily. You can see that they enjoy their work, they express smiles, security and good cheer.

You will have heard comments that they have an enviable job.

I will tell you that it is not the type of work that makes these people not be attacked by hours of stress. It's not what they do, it's what they think.

I'll give you some techniques that happy people use to avoid having to spend long hours of anguish before a tight schedule.

This is what people do without overwhelm:

1-Prevent their tasks from becoming urgent.

Nothing worse than getting used to working putting out fires. Urgent tasks dominate time, eliminate flexibility, erase smiles and eliminate the passion for doing work at the level of excellence.

When something is urgent, what matters is to move it forward. It does not matter how.

That's why people get that bad habit.

They postpone it until it becomes an activity that needs to be done now or the consequences are serious.

That is, the adrenaline of urgency stimulates the worker. Now he is going to do it.
Using procrastination is the worst way to beat laziness.

2-Make a list of tasks to be done.

Write on a piece of paper, everything you have to do during the day. The intention is not to have that list going around in your head.

This method of ordering what you have to do eliminates much of the burden. Do it and it will surprise you.

Also, it is gratifying to cross out during the day what you are finishing.

3-Live the present.

It is the most important. The anguish comes from the future. The irony is that we worry about what has not happened. Living the present is a sign of intelligence. Only then can you be happy, leaving the future in its place.

If you think about it, most concerns are not met. So, focus on what you have to do now, and let the anguish not come to you.

The burden is a mental state, and occurs according to the thoughts you choose to have.

Comply with these techniques, and you will have the quieter, happier and more productive working days.
