I don't think you understand decentralized, this is like Bitcoin nobody control this . This is already started, nobody can't stop that. ALBA is centralize intergovernmental organization like the freaking banks , you don't think we had enough of this crooked banking system???

    Yep, but even Venezuelan government has lauched a decentralized currency called Petro. If i wasn't known about decentralization on cryptocurrency, i wouldn't told you what i'v said...

      Petro is not decentralized , run like a token fully centralize and controlled 100% by Maduro. Sucre is a mining coin, please learn about it . It very important that you can make the difference. The only positive thing about Petro is that it's back by something.
