Sugar: a silent killer in many different packaging

It is hard to resist all that sweets and snacks especially during holidays. But it is very important that we keep awareness of noxiousness eating too much any kind of food.

Eating habits studies show that we have 10 times more sugar per day. That is something that our body can hardly endure if we do it constantly.

Sugra changes metabolism and stimulates the disease

Sugar changes the whole metabolism, favors weight gaining and is one of the main causer of Type II diabetes.

Sugar also promotes asthma, mood swings, accelerates the development of heart disease and elevated blood pressure.

Reduced glucose exposure increases prospects for a successful fight against the immune system against cancer cells.Namely cancer cells feed on sugar to maintain their growth.

Sweets create pleasure and addiction

Sugars strongly affect the brain and create addiction such as drugs, smoking or alcohol.

People usually know they are not healthy for them, but they are already addicted to them.

In order to overcome these addictions, they must drastically change their habits of life, which is extremely hards.

Conclusion

Just like everything else in life moderation is the key. It is not problem if you eat some sugar every now and then but if you eat it too much you could make real problems for your health.
And health is the most important in our lives but sadely we are aware of that only when we get sick.

Excellent publication, this in all the reason, the consumption of a lot of sugar can hurt, that disease called diabete is nothing but sugar in the blood, my mother died five years ago because of that disease, you have to prevent things , because the results are fatal, I congratulate you for this type of publication that generate knowledge. I don't know about Croatia but it's almost unAmerican for someone to say "I'm going to stop eating sugar. People here just won't believe that it's a drug and the companies that make food find that people don't buy foods that don't contain it as well as they do foods that have sugar. It's hard to find foods in the stores that don't have sugar in it. It's frustrating.

White poisons - Sugar, Salt and white flour !

Salt - only the refined one a.k.a fake salt is bad

Unrefined salt is healthy and cannot be replaced in the diet by anything else.

I eat lots of it.

Unfortunately I eat too much sugar as well.
