Recipe: Suji ka Halwa

Halwa is one in every of the favorite afters of Indians on balance it’s simple to create and fewer time taking. do this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups suji (semolina)
3-4 strands of kesar (saffron)
½ cup ghee
¾ cup shredded loony (raisins, almonds)
3 cups water
½ cup sugar
5 pods inexperienced cardamom split open
chopped dry fruits or loony for garnish (almond, cashew, raisins )

Instructions:
Heat a deep sauce pan on slow flame, melt ghee. Add flour (suji) in melted clarified butter and stir it gently until the time it seems be very little brown.
Add crushed loony, saffron, cardamom powder and stir it gently
Add water whereas stirring the ingredients
Add sugar and produce it to boil on high flame and let suji absorb the water
Keep stirring it often however, gently until the time water doesn’t get absorbed
Serve hot and fancy with shredded dry fruits
