It doesn't happen very often but when the sun decides to make an appearance in Wales you have to make the most of it.

We made the most of the day and 1/2pint had a blast. He loves being naked and the muggy weather was the perfect opportunity for him to whip his clothes off. He loves his shark hat and doesn't go anywhere with out it lately
So how to make "homemade" beef burgers. To be honest it couldn't be easier. You really only need 1 ingredient BEEF but adding a little few extra ingredients makes all the difference.
500g minced beef
Half an onion, finally chopped
Salt
Pepper
Medium chilli powder
Italian herbs
Now its time for the manly stuff. Lighting and cooking I the bbq!!
And then at that exact moment it started to piss down, so we finished the party inside. 1/2pint crashed and burnt not long after and it won't be long before I'm heading for the sack.
