Abnormal UV Burns Babies Face

Many reports coming across the country on severe sun burns and today a report came out of michigan on a baby who got 2nd degree burns on it's face. The time was between 11:00 A.M and 12:30 P.M. If you are out and about please wear sunscreen or just stay in the shade if you can! Something is going on with the sun and not one major news station has mentioned anything about this. Use common sense and protect yourself and family. Here is the YouTube video showing this incident.
