When DeFi was first rolled out, I'm not going to lie but the APYs looked super exciting. Who wouldn't want 1,000% returns, am i right?
Well, if it is too good to be true, then it probably is. Nothing in this world is free and those APYs either comes crashing down or the price of the token crashes.
Why you ask? Simply because it isn't sustainable. Think about it. Who buys all those tokens that are being minted every day? No one after a while. That's when the crash happens.
You can look at Goose, Thunder, Cub... the fate for all is eventually the same once the yield speculators leave.
So the moral of the story is to get in early and leave quick.
